Energy Efficiency: Getting Started

1. Contact GeoGenix to make appointment for site visit
   
   
2. GeoGenix performs on-site testing
   • Normally takes 2-4 hours
   • Access to entire building necessary
   • Property owner should be on-site to review initial results of testing
   
   
3. Report (including estimate for proposed work) is prepared and presented by GeoGenix for customer review
   
   
4. Agreement is signed by Customer to proceed with proposed work
   
   
5. Cash Payment
   • 10% Cash back available for Customers paying cash for the recommended improvements
   
   
6. Loan Payment
   • Apply for energy efficiency loan by completing Credit Application (approval within 24 hours) - (PDF)
   • Complete work (within 60 days), including post-work audit
   • File Certificate of Completion to initiate payment of GeoGenix
   
   
7. Apply for tax credits when subsequently filing taxes - (PDF)
